Welcome to the online home of the Empire United Soccer Academy!

In August 2007, Western New York’s top soccer clubs, the Rochester Junior Rhinos, Syracuse Football Club and Buffalo United Soccer Club joined together to form the Empire United Soccer Academy. 

The Empire USA GU12 Red Select team capruted the title of GU12 Classic Division Champions at this year’s Arlington Spring Invitational in Virginia, allowing no goals in the tournament, including a double overtime win in the Championship game.

Andrew Coughlin helped his U16 Empire USA team to a 2-0 victory against Oakwood SC this past weekend. In addition to a number of fine saves, his key stops on a breakaway and penalty kick kept the scoreline intact and helped Empire United to the win.

The Board of Directors of Webster Soccer Association and Empire United Soccer Academy are very pleased to announce the merger of the Lakefront Classic Soccer Tournament and the Empire Cup.  The Lakefront Classic Tournament and Empire Cup will take place on June 18-20, 2010 in Webster, NY and will create the largest youth soccer tournament in New York State.

A select team is designed to unite some of our club’s best players from across Western New York. The Select squad provides some of our athletes with the opportunity to play with new Empire United teammates and to compete at exciting, high level events.  In December, Empire United sent a U15 Boys Select to the CASL tournament in Raleigh, North Carolina with excellent results.

Two decades ago if you were a soccer player growing up in Millersville, Pa., "Let’s kick! " or "Do you want to kick?" meant so much more than passing a ball back and forth as my son was now requesting. In our 1980s lexicon for soccer junkies, "to kick" took on a cult-like meaning that was as deep and varied as the characters who engaged in the activity.  

Empire United Rochester will be well represented in the 2009 NCAA Women’s Soccer College Cup.  Seven of our athletes play on teams that are represented on this year’s brackets.  Be sure to visit NCAA.com for game schedules and results. The College Cup finals will be held December 4-6, 2009 at Texas A&M University.
