Welcome to the online home of the Empire United Soccer Academy - Rochester!

In August 2007, Western New York’s top soccer clubs, the Rochester Junior Rhinos, Syracuse Football Club and Buffalo United Soccer Club joined together to form the Empire United Soccer Academy.  The unification of these clubs, acknowledges their strong working relationship and shared vision for the development of youth soccer in Western New York.  This combined organization will enable soccer players at all levels to attain their individual goals and maximize their potential.  In fact, the strength of the new club was recognized when Empire USA received one of the sixty-four initial memberships in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy. What is the US Soccer Development Academy?

Power Point Presentation from US Soccer!

US Soccer explains it best in the above linked Power Point presentation.  Take some time to read through it.  This is a great opportunity for our players whether they are future national team players or not.  The opportunity and the national recognition it bring to our club will benefit every player.

Coach Spotlight

Our coaching staff consists of the top coaches in all of Western New York.  You can check out each one of the coaches and their profiles.  The 2008/2009 lineup is now available to view.  The decision about who coaches which team is not done lightly.  We hope to keep all of our coaches with their assigned teams for two years before they are rotated on to a new assignment.  Sometimes coaches are moved after only one season.  Rest assured that all decisions are centered on what is in the best interest of the players in our club.
