GK Training Begins Nov. 3rd

Goalkeeper training will start on Monday, November 3, 2008 at All Star Sports in (Irondequoit). The following time schedule is for goalkeeper training. Goalkeepers should plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for practice. All goalkeepers must practice at their age appropriate levels for the 1st few weeks of training, adjustments based on ability will be made by the goalkeeper staff only.

5:30 to 6:45 ages U9 to U12
6:45 to 8:30 ages U13 to U19
