Prior to the merger that led to the creation of Empire USA, each of the three clubs had developed their own forms, tools and information, related to the operation of thier club.  The result is a great collection of infromation that we believe can help you with the planning, preparation and management of your teams. 

In this Coaches Resource Center, you will find:

• Forms (i.e., Check Request Forms, Player Evaluation and Goal Setting Forms, Equipment Order Forms, etc.);
• Information to help you intereact with parents and players;
• Player Development Progression, by age;
• Best Practices from US Soccer;
• Information to help you plan your competition and league schedules;
• A library of lesson plans;
• A llibrary of other coaches resources (books, videos, etc.) available through members of our staff

This Resource Center is currently under development, and obviously, not all of the resources mentioned above will be available right away.  We’ll start with the most important and highest profile stuff and add the rest as time and content permits.  If you have anything you’d like to contribute, particularly lesson plans, please contact Dave Matthews.
