Demosphere

Registration and payment for any of Empire USA Buffalo's programs must be done on-line through Demosphere. Like most registration programs it requires a little bit of time to enter your family's information, but once it is in the system we have it. Any time you register again for a Empire USA Buffalo program you can log in and navigate through to registration and payment quickly and easily. Payment by credit card is available and for most EUSA programming it is required.

If personal information changes, like email addresses, please log in and change it directly in Demosphere to ensure that you are getting all communications from our program.

Refund Policy

Empire USA Buffalo does not refund money for any reason once a commitment has been made to the program. We take great care at offering a high quality program at the lowest possible cost to our members. In the process we lose the ability to refund money after commitments to a roster spot are made. Please get as much information as you can before making a decision about joining the program. We consider a payment to the program, deposit or in full, a full commitment to the season.

Age Guidelines

Each player must register with the Empire United Soccer Academy in the age group matching the player's birth date as referenced in the USYSA age group matrix (http://www.empireunitedsa.org/Buffalo/Contact/Tryouts#Age).

All players should expect to play in age appropriate circumstance. Player movement between age groups will be determined solely by the EUSA DOC and coaching staff.

Dual Carding Policy

EUSA Buffalo follows the guideline set forth by the Buffalo Western New York Junior Soccer League. Our u10 and u11 teams do not compete in a league and therefore are not considered dual carded.
