2008 Score for a Cure Information

Each athlete that participates will be asked to obtain at least 3 sponsors

These sponsors will have two options

  1. To give a flat donation
  2. To pledge an amount based on the number of goals the team scores for the season

Your child will then turn their sponsor information in to the Score for a Cure volunteer on your team, to the CF Foundation, or to Anna-Lesa Calvert.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation address is 4976 Transit Road Depew, NY 14043.

At the end of the Upstate Premier League Season, the number of goals the team scores will be recorded and letters will be sent out from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to your sponsors.

Complete details can be found in the PowerPoint.

Please get in touch with your manager to schedule the hours you would like to volunteer........parents are more than welcome too!! Players, your time volunteering will count for school community service. There are two Tops locations this year, Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls or Tops in Hamburg.  If we all work as a team, this is sure to be a successful event !
