Welcome to the Empire United Soccer Academy Buffalo (EUSA Buffalo) - In August 2007, Western New York’s top soccer clubs, the Rochester Junior Rhinos, Syracuse Football Club and Buffalo United Soccer Club joined together to form the Empire United Soccer Academy. The unification of these clubs, acknowledge their strong working relationship and shared vision of the development of youth soccer. This combined organization will enable soccer players at all levels to attain their individual goals and maximize their potential. In fact, the strength of the new club was recognized when Empire USA received one of the sixty-four initial memberships in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy. (see rest of article)

Taking The Time To Be A Good Soccer Parent!

Parents are such an important part of the developmental environment for our players.  I emphasize to the coaching staff to keep each players' parents involved in developing our young athletes into soccer players.  I hope you find that to be the case.

However, as a parent make sure you are taking the time to educate yourself on how to best service your child as well.   It is likely that every parent at some point in time has 'Googled' how to grow a beautiful lawn or how to get a stain out of your clothes or how to bake an apple pie.  How many of you have attempted to look up how to be a good soccer parent?  The information is out there, you just have to take the time to look for it.

Empire United Buffalo has a 'work in progress' soccer education site that is a good place to start.  When you have a free couple of minutes take a look at it.  Or better yet, make a few couple of minutes and take a look at it.  Your child will thank you for it.
